TO THE REGISTRATION

Elite-Athletes

Elite athletes can participate in the Bernina Ultraks free of charge. In order to ensure fairness for elite athletes and to streamline the registration process, the current personal ITRA Performance Index is decisive for eligibility.

Free participation

Athletes with an ITRA-Index ≥ 750 (for men) and ≥ 650 (for women) have the opportunity to participate in the race free of charge. Interested athletes can send their application with their current ITRA profile by email to bernina@ultraks.com.

Obligations of elite athletes

If the registration is approved, the elite athlete undertakes to:

Stand at the front of the starting field at the start
Wear a GPS tracker provided by the organizer at the start for the entire duration of the race and return it at the end of the race
Attend press conferences and official ceremonies to which they are invited
Attend award ceremonies that concern them
Be at the starting line at least twenty minutes before the start
To give due credit to the Mayrhofen Ultraks in their social media work

Free participation for elite runners cannot be guaranteed under the following circumstances:

For races that are sold out
For registrations that are closed
Less than 30 days before the event
